the billing system really messed things up at checkout. they added food bills i didn't make because they were included in my package, but no one told me. it was super annoying. also, they put a hold on my credit card for the whole amount. extra, but didn't actually charge me then they charged me again at checkout. now i got a bunch of money stuck on my card and don't know when it'll be back. and they tried to charge me even more for food we didn't order, it was horrible.

unnecessary billsdouble charge

The billing system gave me headaches. unnecessary food bills looked on my bill at checkout, even though those meals were part of my package. Restaurant staff added charges without notifying me. i also faced a double charge on my credit card. the staff earmarked the entire amount. an extra rm 400, and then charged me again at checkout. it's frustrating to have that much money stuck on my card, waiting to be released. this issue overshadowed the rest of my stay.
